Hey Chicas!
The first thing you need for a formal look is an outfit you are comfortable with because you don’t want to stress about your clothes while discussing important things on the conference table, right? Wear something that makes you feel good about yourself. You should look confident in whatever you decide to wear.

The second thing about donning the formal look is that the clothes should not be heavily structured. You can play with different shades of pastel colors or can even go all monochrome.

Pencil skirts are extremely versatile as you can pair them up with anything. A well fitted pencil skirt highlights the curves in your body quite nicely. Since I’m wearing a high waist pencil skirt, my blouse is tucked in to give a clean and sharp look. This makes your legs look a bit longer and your waist appears to be thinner.

The blouse that I’m wearing adds weight to the top as horizontal lines makes thing look a little wide.

So, until and unless you want to look a little heavy on the top, avoid wearing anything with horizontal stripes.
